Discovery & design

Then we talk about your business, what you like, what you’ve seen elsewhere, and layer that into our own approach to design. Prototype
We build out a working prototype for you to engage with. A real site you can click through, not a static mockup. This is where you get hands on with it and tell us what feels right and what doesn’t.
Full build
Once the direction is locked in, we build the real thing. Every feature you specifically need gets embedded: booking flows, contact forms, galleries, admin panels, whatever your business requires. Nothing generic, nothing unnecessary.
Test & teach
We test everything thoroughly across devices and browsers. Where you’ve opted for the admin feature to customise your site yourself, we walk you through exactly how it works so you’re confident managing it day to day.
Release & fine tuning
We publish to your domain and you’re live. There will always be small things you wish worked slightly differently once you’re using it for real. This is completely normal, and it’s baked into the pricing. The sooner we get your site out, the sooner Google can start recognising your new set up.
